The maximum length between the 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor and the monitor is 305 meters (1,000 feet). Check the frequency response graphs (Figures 10 and 12) for signal roll – off at high frequencies when using longer field wiring.
  • Linear Range: The linear range is 2 mm (80 mils), starting about 0.25 mm (10 mils) from the target and ranging from 0.25 to 2.3 mm (10 to 90 mils), corresponding to approximately –1 to –17 Vdc.
  • Recommended Gap Setting for Radial Vibration: Set the gap at – 9 Vdc [about 1.27 mm (50 mils)].
  • Mechanical: The probe tip is PPS, and the case is SST. The M10x1 thread has a maximum engagement length of 15 mm, and the probe weighs 323 g/m (11.4 oz).
